If your product fails within 1 year of purchase (or 5 years for Burgon & Ball products), due to a Manufacturing fault, please advise us as follows.

Please fill out the form below;

Please either

(a)    send us a photo of your faulty goods (by email or post ) with the above form.

(b)   send by post your faulty product with the above form.

If the goods are faulty we will replace the goods no charge & freight free.

Goods are returned to Gubba Products at your expense,
But if the products are faulty we will refund or credit you
for the cost of the return postage.
