All of our products have been thoroughly tested in the market place. If, however, you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is unused and in the original packaging, with no questions asked.

Shoe Size Exchanges

We understand that it can be tricky to choose the right size shoes online. Because all feet are different we are very happy to exchange sizes for you. Simply return the shoes in as new condition and let us know what size you would prefer. Also refer to the shoe sizing chart here.

Upon receipt of the goods and details Gubba will credit your account / or send you a cheque for the value of the goods returned.

Goods are returned to Gubba Products at your expense. If the products are faulty we will refund or credit you for the cost of the return postage.
