An update on our services during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Our admin and customer service teams are working remotely from home with diverted phones.
During alert Level 3.1, we have a skeleton crew dispatching all your garden items (*Excl. some oversize items, see below) following a safe and strict health and safety protocols.
Given the volume of online ordering nationwide at the moment the Courier companies are operating at capacity and with slowed down systems due to social distancing, so please expect some delays.
*Oversize items - Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch some oversize items (these have fixed shipping costs on the website) in Level 3 as our freight partners are struggling with demand and have imposed a large home delivery surcharge. We are hoping to be able to dispatch these again soon.
Sadly, at this time we are unable to offer Click and Collect - we are in an unusual position in that an essential service, (hygiene critical food packaging business) operates in the same buildings as our garden business, given this we are unable to offer click and collect from our premises, as with Covid in the community we are not allowed visitors on site. Apologies for this, we understand the frustration it may cause, and are working on alternative options.
