Good as Gubba Loyalty Program - Ending

We wanted to let you know that we’ll be wrapping up our Good As Gubba Rewards programme.
We introduced this in August 2022 as a way to thank you for shopping with us — but we’ve found it isn’t quite hitting the mark. It’s not as user-friendly as we’d hoped, and from what we’ve heard, it hasn’t been your favourite either.

With that in mind, the rewards programme will come to an end on 31 October 2025. You can still earn points right up until that date if you’d like to collect a few more — but 31 October will be the final day to redeem any rewards.

And as a way of saying sorry (and properly making it up to you), we’ll be introducing a few fun ‘I’m Sorry’ rewards over the coming months — small tokens of appreciation and a way to thank you for sticking with us.

We’re also working on a simpler, more enjoyable way to reward you — something that feels a little more ‘Gubba’. We’ll be in touch soon with details, and we can’t wait to share what’s next.
